Separate connectivity from authorization
A consumer internet VPN and access to a company network are different services. Internal files, mail and business systems often require an organization-managed entry point, identity checks and access permissions. Installing a consumer VPN does not grant those permissions.
Use settings supplied by your organization
Ask your IT team for the approved client, server address, authentication method and device requirements. Windows VPN connections also require correct configuration information. A public VPN location is not a substitute for the organization’s endpoint.
Check one layer at a time
Confirm that normal internet access works, then check corporate VPN authentication, then the specific internal resource. Running multiple VPNs can cause routing or DNS conflicts. Follow your administrator’s instructions rather than assuming a second tunnel improves stability.
Protect support information
Record the time, client version and error code, then share necessary details through an approved company channel. Do not post internal addresses, certificates, passwords or configuration files publicly. An ordinary AoxVPN connection does not replace company authorization or security policies.
