Before installation

Verify the current website and choose the page for your device. Check the system and installer requirements. Do not follow an old guide to install an unavailable platform version or an unknown extension.

On first use

Follow the current client interface. Confirm that normal internet access works before connecting, then test the service you need. Example connection times, latency or bandwidth are not results that every session will achieve.

When adjusting settings

Choose from locations actually offered in the client and record performance at different times. Adjust protocols or split tunneling only when the client provides those settings and instructions. Test after each change and restore the original setting if necessary.

When requesting help

Prepare the system and client version, network type and a redacted error screenshot. Use the current purchase page and terms for account, device-limit, plan and refund questions. Ask support to confirm features that are unclear.
